Small item online orders

We are pleased to be able to offer delivery to anywhere in the UK and Europe. We aim to dispatch all online orders within two working days. Please note that for certain fragile items we may choose to send your order by an independent courier. In these instances, delivery will take 7 – 10 days and we will contact you to advise you of this. Over the Christmas period, the E-commerce department will be closed from 25th December-2nd January.

Delivery information

As soon as you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have received your order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact nk@nazaninkamali.com so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving your order. If an item that you have ordered is temporarily out of stock we will get in touch with you to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date. If you are not satisfied with the delivery date we offer you, you have the option of cancelling the order and we will refund your card.

Nazanin Kamali is working with selected couriers to deliver all orders placed online. Our couriers provide a fully traceable Worldwide delivery service. When an order is dispatched, a customer will receive an email confirmation from Nazanin Kamali followed by email confirmation from the courier service that includes an order tracking code. To view the progress of an order please access the couriers own website and enter the tracking code supplied.

European delivery times are made during standard business hours, which vary from country to country.

A signature is required to acknowledge receipt of goods. If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, the courier will leave a card at the door and you will also receive an email or text message explaining delivery has been attempted. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. If this happens, we will endeavour to keep you informed. We cannot however accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.

Returns for small item online orders

Damaged/Faulty Goods:

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email nk@nazaninkamali.com or call +44 (0) 1273 905 326 immediately. We will then arrange for a collection of the goods and organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity.

If your Nazanin Kamali purchase was unsuitable please follow the instructions below:

To receive a refund you must return the goods within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded.

Goods must be returned with your packing slip and copy of order confirmation email to the address below.

All goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with the original product packaging and instructions where appropriate.
If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be affected.

If returning by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend using registered post and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. Nazanin Kamali is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
